Fat Burn on the Treadmill

Hello :) I would like to ask you which is the most effective way to burn fat on the treadmill. I ve been running for 2 years 3 times a week (together with weigh/resistance workouts) and I have noticed a big change on my body. I think running is really effective on weight loss as well. But I have not decided whether intervals or long/tempo runs are more effective in terms of fat loss. What do you think? I must also add that I run 5/7k and very rarely 10k.
