HKS Accountability Group June 17

Good morning!

Back after another eventful weekend! Today. I did LI Day 15 which was a lower body workout, plus the extra credit but and thighs workout, which really was just torture. Any time Kelli promises you a butt workout without squats or lunges, be very, very suspicious! :D

Saturday was an optional workout which I did skip, but instead, we did some really intensive housecleaning around my partner's house, so I feel like it counts. I don't want to say workout complete on my actual optional day that I skipped (as I would like to complete it post-LI to make up for the ones I missed), but at the same time, I feel like I earned a check mark on Saturday, all the same. Definitely a cardio and arms exercise lol.

Yesterday was Father's Day - my mum and I took dad out for dinner, where I definitely indulged. We still did our walk after. We're up to about 90 minute walks now before we even feel it and the weather has been super nice lately, so you don't even notice it. Last night we did 8k steps, 5km.
