Intuitive Eating

Hey guys!

I wanted to ask you something about intuiutive eating and after reading the post of #Andrewcomplete from earlier today I'm even more encouraged. I'm new to this intuitive eating and just started reading a book about it (Laura Thomas: Just Eat It!). It was hard for me to see how deep I'm stuck in this typical Diet Culture with my own weird rules about food and when to eat ... sometimes I don't know if laughing or crying is apropriate here ...

So my question is pretty simple for those of you who manage to eat intuitively : Do you have any tips for a real beginner? How did you manage to ease yourself into it and avoid those typical "guilt moments" when eating something "unhealthy"?
