SO unmotivated...

I’m not sure what’s going on with me. I’ve FINALLY made working out a habit after years of random periods of working out that never lasted. It’s now been over a year that I’ve stuck with a 5 day/week schedule, only missing workouts when it was impossible not to. I do not want to lose such a good-for-me habit, but the past couple weeks I have been SO unmotivated! I have close to zero desire to workout. I just don’t feel like doing it. But I know if I don’t, I’ll feel bad in lots of different ways. I’ve been pushing and just doing some lighter, low impact workouts so I’m at least doing something. Anyone else struggling right now? Maybe it’s just the dreary cold weather affecting my desire...any suggestions or thoughts would be helpful. 🙍🏻
