What to eat in a day?

Hi everyone :)

Im struggling with making decisions sometimes on what to eat.

Do you have any kinda structure to your eating or you just eat what you feel like?

For example, breakfast is always oats with some fruit and nuts or seeds. But Lunch and dinner is where I always struggle.

Should I eat some kinda meat or fish dinner and lunch? What bout rice- should cut out carbs for dinner? Just curious what people eat :D:D

So please share how you complete and put together your meals
