day 19 and not seeing results

Hi everyone... I'm a bit discouraged. Been doing diligently the fat burn plan for 19 days now, eating tons of veggies and fruit, throwing in a bit of extra running when i can, but i still dont see results. is it normal? can anyone relate? a little bit of context so you can understand my situation: i m always been very sporty and i have an athletic body type, but i d love to lose 5 kilos, or some more, and be actually thin instead of just normal. because even if i do know my weight is actually totally healthy, i cant help but see myself as fat/ugly. lately i have been having self esteem and confidence issues that are really affecting my mood and my everyday life... i just want this to stop. i started this fitness blender program and i had high hopes that itwould help, but i just dont see any change. maybe its just too soon? am i just being too impatient? will the results come? thanks for the support
