Lower Back Pain

I've been working out with Fitness Blender for almost 2 years. I typically do strength, hiit, cardio, pilates, and a little bit of yoga spread out between 5 days a week. I've just recently starting having lower back pain during lower body workouts. It doesn't happen all the time but usually on 1 workout a week it tends to bother me.

I've read into some stuff that talks about having a weak lower back which could be the problem but I've never had it before in the last 2 years so why would it be an issue now? I always check my form when it starts to hurt and don't find anything wrong with it.

Just wondering if anyone else has these problems and how they deal with them if so. I typically finish whatever exercise I'm doing and try to stretch my back a little bit but then I lose motivation to finish.
