Weekend Motivation

Hi Fitness Blender Family!

Time for a bit of a weekend rant.

We all see a lot of online fitness content targeting “trouble” areas. We also see a lot of questions (and enthusiastic answers!) about how to work on specific parts of the body. We even see advertisements for supplements, pills, or even lotions that promise all manner of physical improvement.

Well, and you’ve heard us say this before, there are no “quick fixes” nor ways to spot reduce fat. It takes hard work, dedication, and a balanced approach to make lasting improvements to your health (remember, we should never put appearance-related goals higher on the priority list than our overall health).

This should not discourage you, however; it should motivate you. We all want to be healthier, happier, and more capable physically - we just have to find an approach that is well-rounded and sustainable - and that works for us!
