I have a little problem with upper back pain. Usually when I do upper body work i have pain in my shoulders and the pain is going in my neck and sometimes in my head but now I have problem with upper back, pain is going in my shoulders and muscles between my ribs for a few days.
Does anyone have the same problem and how you treat it?
