HKS Accountability Group June 13

Good morning!

Thank you for all your support and advice yesterday! I love your idea, Storm, of practicing things I feel grateful for - it's so positive and puts your mind in the right place.

I did get a much better sleep last night. Still short, but I woke up before my alarm feeling rested.

Today, I jumped back into it and tackled LI- Day 11. Funny enough, I forgot to look ahead last night to know what I'd be doing today, so as I was getting out of bed, I thought, "I hope it's not arms." It was arms.

I tackled it, I challenged it, and got'er done!

Double shift tonight, I'm off to do some prep for that before I have to get ready for work!
