Daily Check-in: Thursday, June 13th

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Blenders!

How're you all doing today? Feeling good?

Excited that it's once again almost Friday?

I know I am! Those first work days after a vacation seem to drag on forever, and I'll be glad to hit weekend mode here in the next few days!

In the meantime, here's another pic from Lake Michigan! This is just one of the many, many lighthouses along the shore, and I wanted to share it with you for today! So here we go!

Ok, let's get back to business here, and talk a bit about some workouts! Are you guys working out today, or are you resting?

Well I got my upper body strength/burnout done yesterday (this one: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/upper-body-strength-workout-guaranteed-muscle-burnout), and now I'm thinking it's a good day for a cardio and lower body combo! I'm not entirely sure which one I'll do just yet, but I might take a cue from Shelly Tee's workout from Tuesday and do this glute-burner: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/best-butt-workout-to-build-a-booty-and-tone-thighs-butt-and-thigh-workout , or maybe I'll do the one Raven did yesterday that's always a good quad burner for me: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/brutal-butt-and-thigh-workout-for-fat-burning-and-lean-muscle-building .

Both are awesome workouts. I guess it just depends on which muscle group do I want to burn out more today?

Decisions, decisions.

And what about some good food goin on for today? What's on you menu today, Blenders?

I'm not really sure at all! It'll be something we can scrounge together from leftovers!
