I hope you all have an amazing day😊 What are your plans for today? Are you working out or is it a rest day for you? As some of you may already know, I'm currently following FB Burn and today I'll be tackling a roughly 35 min upper body strength workout with Kelli 💪💕 But I have to drink my coffee first ! I can't be the only coffee lover in this community, right? ☕ I usually drink some dark coffee an hour before doing my workout, so it kicks in by the time I start working out & gives me an energy boost. When is your favourite time to drink coffee?
