Savannah Recovery Day

I completed Recovery Day today. I did the mile 3 week ago in 16 mins and today I did the mile in 12 mins. If I cut 2 more mins off, my mom will buy me a workout complete outfit. I got my very own fitbit bracelet. I picked strawberries and did the Alpaca pen today. I also went down to the river to swim and then after a while I came up and took care of the chickens. My Recovery Day was with Daniel and it felt so good on my body after doing the mile, push-ups, squats, and holding the plank. I increase my holding the plank time from 20 sec. to 30 seconds.
