Day 2 of 3 day flex challenge

I thought this would be easy but I'm so stiff from work that by a couple minutes in I was cheating. I don't know that I've ever been able to point one leg up and one leg straight out at the same time ever, but I definitely feel good now that I'm done.

Yesterday's running went well, I did an easy run (more of a jog) and looked at the trees and birds as I ran instead of focusing on going fast, not sore from it at all. I'm acting like a beginner again since I haven't run consistently in a long time.

And work is cancelled due to rain today so impromptu day off to get house stuff done and maybe read a book. Hope you all have a great day!
