So, I had some pain in my knee on and off, especially during after a workout and I had been postponing visiting the doctor, but I did today, because the pain won't subside this time and it feels like I have little needles in my knee..He told me I have jumper's knee, I 'm in Greece so I 'm not sure but I think the term in English is patellar tenonditis. He told me to put a padding in the inside part of my athletic shoes, so that the weight is distributed evenly. I told him, then, that I 'm working out barefoot and he told me that it's not right and that that could be the culprit. I 've read in a question from Kelly that a lot of you are also working out barefoot, so I wanted to let you know, just in case..
