Strength training

I used to just stick with cardio and didnt think strength training would be as fun I used to obsess with keeping the weight off and did so much cardio all the time because I managed to lose the weight I wanted to lose but I didnt feel so strong so I decided to give strength training a go and I ve realised since I've started strength traning 5 months ago I can see some shape on my butt and thighs! I am so happy with myself I feel stronger and more confident I just wanted to put it out there that this is what strength traning can do to your body give it shape and it makes you feel stronger and amazing 💪😊
