Carbo-load

Hi i am doing track unit in my Physical education class and i am running a mile and 4 by 100 and 4 by 400, 400 a full lap and 100 just running straight anyways i want to run fast with full energy and i heard that runners carbo-load before 2 or 3 days before their race how should or what should i eat to carbo-load myself? need help plz!
