Found a New Favourite Workout

Today I finished the first week of FB Burn and found an amazing lower body strength + pilates routine I hadn't tried before (Kelli's butt and thigh workout with descending reps and ascending weights + pilates burnout) For some reason, I really enjoy lower body workouts whereas I find upper body / abs workouts quite boring. What are your favourite workouts?

P.S. I really like the program so far. I would definetely recommend it !
