Workout complete

First day of working out since finishing fb fit on Friday. I did one of the newer warm up vids, 10 min upper body strength and day 1 of the 3 day flexibility challenge. I realized partially through that I had never done any of these videos before, I think I've done days 2 and 3 but somehow never did day 1 before. Tomorrow I scheduled an outdoor run after an indoor warmup and a cool down scheduled after. There are so many new warm ups and cool downs that I was able to pick a different one for each day this week.

Now off to find some breakfast and get ready for work.
