Back on track today

It’s been a rough few months. My workout game stayed preeeettty consistent but my food intake? Not good. And my body feels and shows it. I pulled out my FB meal plan and hit day 1 today. I already feel better. I have a wedding in two weeks and I’m hoping I can eat least make a difference I’m feeling more confident. 🤞🏼
