First strength training since March 2nd!

On March 2nd, I sprained my thumb. I just got the OK from my physio to start lifting (light) weight. I usually don't workout at night, but when I saw todays new workout I just couldn't wait!

So, it went well and I lost a lot less strength then I thought. I used 3 and 5 pounds weights (I can't hold more with my left hand yet) and my body was begging for more (before my injury, I was using up to 15 pounds for chest flies). So I'll give myself the summer to get my strength back in my hand and then I'll tackle FB Strong which I've been meaning to try for a while.

Also, I've challenge myself to try all of FB videos. Today I've reach the 60% mark!
