Dinner Time

Hey guys !

How's been your weekend? Are you working out today ?

I treated myself to Kelli's 38 min no equipment upper body & kickboxing workout and combined it with one of her 10 min upper body strength videos today. Although it was frustrating to see that my cardiovascular endurance had decreased after a month of almost no FB workouts (due to Ramadan), I still felt amazing & much stronger after I was done.

Now I'm going to eat one of my favourite healthy meals : vegetable salad 💚

I'm curious -what are your favourite healthy meals you frequently come to when you are watching your diet while not wanting to sacrifice taste ?
