HKS Accountability Group June 9

Good Sunday Morning to Everyone,

I did have a lazy day yesterday, I only got in 6k steps. I also started the Reach program in the evening with my husband. We did not do the mile or the reach portion of the PFT. My results are as follows:

push-ups 8full 30 half

squats 100

plank 48 sec

Today completed Kickboxing/Cardio and Day 10 of Strong and this evening Day 2 of Reach. We are planning an afternoon by the river but this morning is back to gardening. Hope everyone's day is awesome.
