Week 2 Day 1 - FB Burn Round 1

I didn't check to see how long this workout would be. I was struggling big time with this one. Not so much with strength as with stamina. Needless to say I was thrilled when Daniel said that the next thing was the cool down and stretch!! I took an extra 4 minutes to complete this w/o, which is fine (added a couple more pauses) and burned a respectable 300 calories. 😥😀
