Afterburn Effect

Hey Blenders !

I hope everyone is having an amazing weekend.🥳

So I was wondering if you could answer my questions regarding the "afterburn effect" Kelli & Daniel say you get from HIIT or Strength training workouts.

First, which of the two training styles has a greater afterburn effect - HIIT or Strength?

Second, how can I know how many extra calories I will burn after my workout is complete? The calorie estimates given in the descriptions of the workouts exclude the afterburn effect, but I think it would be really helpful to know how many calories I would have burned in total throughout the course of the day, so that I could adjust my calorie intake accordingly.
