I am back

Hi everyone i am back from my lower back injury i found out from the doctor that i just pulled a muscle and i rested for about 2 weeks and i feel better like now i can bent down without no pain there is a little bit but not that much and the doctor said i need to stretch the lower back muscles he said it might hurt a little but the muscle needs to get stretched and he also said take it slow so i was like ok and now i am going to take it slow then i can jump sooner into high impact workouts that i am dying to do so how many weeks should i do low impact workouts?
