Back to university tomorrow=strict AM time feane

It’s been nice having more leisure time in the morning over winter break. But, tomorrow it’s back to Uni and I’ll need to be strict with my workout time frame. I’ve enjoyed my 1.5 hr sessions, but it’s back to 45-60 come Tuesday. I’m actually looking forward to the structure, though.

Kept today’s muscle group under one hour and thank you to Victory for sharing this outer/inner glute/thigh workout! Loved it! Added in resistance band and dumbbells in some areas and was exhausted by the end. 😅😵
