Question for the Weekend

When exercising, it is very important to listen to the signals that your body sends about what is happening.

These signals will tell you if you are pushing yourself hard enough or if you are holding back.

We never want to push ourselves too much, of course, but when trying to get through a particularly challenging portion of a workout, which Fitness Blender mantra resonates the most?
