How many days a week to workout and see results?

Hey everyone! so I am curious If a person has good eating habits how many days a week should a person workout to get results in the end? I am aiming for 5 days a week but some weeks its just not possible for me to keep up with. My job is pretty physical so some days I'm just beat by the time I get home. Is it possible to workout 3-4 days a week and still get results?
