too hot to workout?

Hi!

So, lately its been 30 degrees celsius at where I live and no one in Europe has conditioners:(

I had a free day today from job and I was staying home, but it was soo hot and that's just make you exhausted 24/7.

But I feel like I just spent all day thinking about how I need to workout (currently doing FB Fit) and thinking how guilty I feel about not working out.

Do you ever had such situation? What do you do? Is it ok to take like 2 days off if its that hot like you feel like you gonna faint if you do cardio? Or is it just excuse not to and I should push myself?
