Finished FB Low-Impact

I was introduced to FB by a colleague. After years of little to no exercise, I started with a few 20 minute workouts. I liked them so much that after three workouts, I purchased the FB Low-Impact program.

I followed it to a T and was looking forward to seeing how I improved with the Fitness Test. The scale has not moved much (a few pounds less) but I have noticed my clothes fit better.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the progress I have made in 4 weeks:

1 mile: 14 min --] 11 m 51 s

1/2 push up: 12 --] 18

Squats: 20 --] 38

Plank: 21 seconds --] 31 seconds

Sit and Reach: 1 in --] 2.5 in

For now, I will keep doing 5 workouts/week, and will try to vary lower body, upper and cardio.
