HKS Accountability Group June 6

Good morning!

Oh my gosh, I did not want to work out this morning! I'm tired and sore, lol. But, I told myself, it's only been 4 days, you can't stop now.

So.... I did my workout. Today was Low Impact — Day 4 which was lower body, and included an extra credit burnout for my lower back. I did it allllll! That is my goal this time, as I didn't do any of the extra credits last time I went through LI.

Today is double shift day! I can't believe it's already Thursday again, this week is flying by! Have a great day everyone!
