Workout Complete and workout buddy 😊

Hey everyone! How are you doing? 😃

This month I decided to do both FB Abs and FB Flex, as it is so hot outside and I want a little bit more definition and less flabby arms haha 😂 I choose to work on a weak area and a strong one so I don't get discouraged along the way...

So today was day 3 and it was really difficult for me comparing to last year. I wish I never stopped working out but hey, new journey, new progress and new me 😜
