Day one with the new workouts :)

Today I did one of the new workout from Daniel from a few weeks ago. It's the 13 minute hit routine. Still can't do lizard hops, but other than that it was cool. Then I did Kelli's relatively new cardio workout. I really enjoy that one because the modifications throughout really make it accessible for anyone. Love the all ways squats move that's in that one.

Happy workout complete to me! It's been a crazy day 😵 trying to do research and review for work while nursing a wailing 3 year old with an ear infection. Tomorrow has to be better!!!
