HKS Accountability Group June 3

Good morning!

Monday morning, and I'm back in the game!

Today was LI -Day 1, which is the PFT. I didn't want to do the PFT, so instead opted for a 40-minute total body workout led by Daniel. It was fairly beginner in that all the moves were slow and focused on instruction and form. It was actually really good, especially since my last couple of weeks have been really bad, it was a nice workout to jump back into.

Mum and I got a little bit of our walk in last night, though it was a little shorter than we normally do. We are also getting back into the swing of things, as my workload / stressload also affected our walks too. Everything is looking very breathable again!
