Fbfit day 50

Workout complete, this starts the last week of the program, I'm excited to see my results from the second pft at the end of the week.

I just started to try and track my calories, just to see where I am at really because I've never done it before and feel like I use exercise as an excuse to eat more than I should. It wouldn't hurt to lose 5-10lbs anyway but we'll see if I can actually remember to track stuff for a week or so and see if I need to adjust.
