Sunday Ice Cream! 🤤

Hi, blenders!

How has your Sunday been?

Are you working out or relaxing today?

For me, I did an upper body strenght workout and a couple of short kickboxing workouts with it! 💪 The combo was very nice and it burn a lot!

And, after eating a nice healthier lunch, I ate this! 🤤

No, it is not a banana nice cream (though, I quite enjoy those ones too!). It is a caramel macadamia ice cream! Very sweet! But, with a honey sweetened dark chocolate almond flour brownie I made yesterday! So, balance right!? 😅

This community focus on nutrition and workouts and fitness, but it is so important to remember that food must be enjoy as well.

We must balance our normal (healthier) diet, with a couple of not that healthy snacks or meals if we want. We don't have to restrict to deprive of the thing we crave or enjoy.

I wanted some ice cream today, so I ate it! 😊

I might don't do that everyday, of course! But, from time to time what is wrong about that?
