Losing Motivation!

I just recently feel like I have gotten myself into a slump. I love my exercises and change them up every day, but recently I feel like I am just not good enough and am not seeing fast enough results. What do you guys do to keep up this motivation? I just have all this negative talk to myself when I finish working out and look in the mirror and magically don't have a 6 pack. It's just these past few weeks have been really hard on me. So I open to advice and any motivation you can give me! :)
