HKS Accountability Group June 1

Good Morning Everyone,

Starting a little later this morning because my husband and I stayed up talking and drinking wine last night.

I am off to do Strong Day2 and hopefully a short cardio exercise with it.

Savannah and I were able to get in another bike ride before she left for her dad's.

I am back to planting again today. My goal is to get everything left to plant complete this first week of June, then it is just maintenance and watering for the gardens.

Workout Complete with the extra cardio. I did the cardio before the Upper Body Strength training and burned twice as many calories than I usually do when strength training. I also had a burnout round which included push-up which I dislike. I was so proud of myself because I complete 8 regular push-up before going to half push-ups. Yeah for me!
