#MayComplete!! Let's June begin!

Hello, fellow blenders!

How was your May!? This year is flying by, isn't it?

I am so proud of myself because of my May! I finished my first program ever: FBsweat!! 💪

Also, I listened to my body, and I am very proud about it too.

I enjoy my high impact workouts a lot! But, due to foot I had to take a break from that. It was hard but I have been doing that since I finished Sweat. I have been doing low impact cardio, pilates, strenght training and my foot has been healing way faster!

So, yeah, I am happy and proud of myself. I am accomplishing my love to workout while I listen to my body an decrease the intensity 😊

Hope June comes with great things for all of you!

For me, I hope to continue working out

with low impact workouts, but, little by little, increase the impact as much as my foot let me and taking care of its healing process as well. I don't want to jump back at it right from the start because that can hurt me.

So, I am thinking about starting Burn the last week of June. That will be a month doing low impact workouts and going back to hiit little by little. So, hopefully, I will be ready to go then 💪

What goals do you have for this upcoming month? Fitness and life wise? 😊
