Hi, I wanted to say i’m starting my first FB 8 week workout June 1, 8 weeks before my wedding! I am active but have never taken a full body workout plan seriously- many before pictures with no after pictures. I want to honour my body and be the best version of myself I can be! I need some motivation and accountability to make it through to week 8 and actually have an after picture for the first time! The hardest thing I think for me will be balancing my already active hobbies (like biking to work, hiking, jogging) and figuring out appropriate caloric intake.
