When your body tells you to take a day off.

Back from Poland Sunday night and then had a crazy 12hr day of sorting and cleaning for prep for our builders to knock through in the house. Then had a 9am-7pm work day, and so to today....I think my body is like "nope. I'm tired. Do NOT turn on fitness blender". And after going back and forth in my head, decided I'm listening to it. I'm learning really quickly this last year when my body is actually needing a rest and when I'm just feeling lazy. There's a clear difference!

But I'm posting here to be accountable, so if I feel ok tomorrow morning I am picking up those weights!
