Hello everyone. I'm new here and I need some advice. First I have started a weight gain program called CB-1 last week and I gained 2 pounds in one week. when I started my weight was 101.7. The program wants me to exercise to build up my muscles but i don't even know where to start. any advise on some good ones for a beginner. I want to build up my arms and legs. And how often should I exercise?
