Pulled back

I was just doing pop squats in one of the workouts. All the sudden I pulled my back. I couldn't even move. Took 15 min to get to my bed. I couldn't stand. My kids got me my heating pad. May be a nerve. Any tips or stretches (don't sure I could do) to help. May go to a chiropractor if I can sit. Gonna wait an hour to try and move.
