Healthy 3 ingredient breakfast muffins

Hi all! I just wanted to share this awesome 3 ingredient breakfast or post workout snack muffin I found. It only requires 4 eggs, 2 bananas (make sure they are ripe) and berries of your choice. I added in some vanilla extract just to give them a little bit more flavoring but the base 3 ingredients still make super yummy muffins. 😊

To make them: mash the bananas then add your eggs to the same bowl and mix till well combined. Spray your muffin mini pan and preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Depending on your oven, it takes between 12 to 17 minutes to fully bake.
