HKS Accountability Group May 29

Good morning!

I'm doing some freestyling this week - today was day one of the 3 day flexibility series. Yesterday was a nice long walk with mum. I stopped trying to track time or steps - we usually walk for about an hour and we know that's what we need.

Next week will be back to another program. I am really feeling LI. I love Reach, but every time I try to do it, I feel like I want to be doing more, so I think perhaps it is not the right time for it,

Thank you all for the kind words and encouragement! It truly means a lot. It's so easy to be our own worst critics when we really need to be our own cheerleaders.
