Fbfit day 45

Workout complete. Today's workout was a kettle bell workout. I don't have a kettle bell and was unfamiliar with most of the exercises so used a 12 dumbell for the entire workout. I could definitely have used more and next time I will be able to change it up a bit since I know what to expect now.

I always wondered why momentum is ok with kettlebell workouts but not with dumbell.
