Belly fat? Or body type?

Hi! I'm a 39-yr-old mother of two. I'm 5'7" and about 136 pounds give or take. I have the shortest torso in the world and the middle is where I've always carried my most weight. I'm currently in the best shape of my entire life. Toned and all. I workout 6 days a week and I eat healthy. But not obsessively so. My question is this- even though it seems my middle is in fact toned, it still seems soft and has some rolls.. Is that fat or is that just my body type?
