17 days in!

I've watched fitnessblender for years, but recently invested in a workout and meal plan. I knew paying money would motivate me to actually be consistent with my fitness, and it's been paying off. It's only been 3 weeks, so I knew nothing drastic would happen. But i've noticed changes in my body. I use the satisfied feeling after finishing a workout (Workout Complete!) motivate me, not weight loss. I would get frustrated before the program. I knew this would be a good decision.
