Getting back on track

I started working out again!!!

My exams are up in two weeks(delayed because of holidays!!!), and I am studying hard. I have got back into doing small, 3/5 difficulty workouts.

I feel kinda drawn back, because I used to do HIIT and Strength training 2 weeks ago, but now I'm back to the old days of November 2018, when I first started FB. Back then, I only did 3/5 workouts and stuck with those. I am building myself back up to my 1-month-ago fit self, and even higher.

I am getting back into it, and the process is slow, but I'm glad that I started. Thank you all for the encouragement!!!
